Diana Ferguson, Hon. ASLA
Attorney & Lobbyist
Diana joined Rutledge Ecenia in January 2011 as an attorney and lobbyist. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of environmental and administrative law, regulated industries and government relations. She currently provides governmental advocacy services for several clients, including businesses, local governments, associations, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Diana provided legislative counsel to the Florida Association of Counties. In that capacity, she lobbied numerous environmental issues as well as other local government issues.
Rep. Mike Giallombardo
Florida House of Representatives - 79th District

Mike Giallombardo is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, currently representing District 79. He assumed office on November 8, 2022, and his current term will end on November 3, 2026. Giallombardo has declared his candidacy for re-election in the 2026 election cycle. Giallombardo is a proud resident of Cape Coral, Florida. He earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Georgia Military College in 2004, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2006, and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations/Conflict Resolution from American Military University in 2010.
Before entering politics, Giallombardo served in the U.S. Army Reserve and the Florida Army National Guard. His military service has been a key component of his commitment to public service, and he continues to bring his experience from these roles to his legislative duties.
Outside of his public service, Giallombardo has worked as a tech entrepreneur, leveraging his business experience in his work as a legislator. As a member of the Florida House of Representatives, Giallombardo is dedicated to representing the interests of his constituents in District 79, which includes Cape Coral and the surrounding areas. With a strong background in education, military service, and business, Rep. Giallombardo is committed to creating policies that support his community and the state of Florida

Kevin White is a Senior Landscape Architect with England Thims & Miller Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science, College of Agriculture, University of Florida and his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, College of Design, Construction and Planning, University of Florida - 2002 (1st graduating class of the 5-year accredited program). Kevin has been a committed member of ASLA Florida for 24 years and has served in various roles including President of the Chapter and currently serves as the Member at Large for Advocacy and Licensure.
